    • Everyone, regardless of vaccination status:
  • Stay home for 5 days.
  • If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving after 5 days, you can leave your house.
  • Continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days.
If you have a fever, continue to stay home until your fever resolves.

Office policies for visits during this season:

  • Please call before coming if you, or anyone attending the appointment, has any of the following:
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath
    • Chills or shaking
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle aches and pains
    • Headaches
    • Loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea
    • Has had close contact in the past two weeks with someone who has COVID-19.
  • We kindly ask that caregivers and all patients over 2 years of age wear masks covering both the mouth and nose, in compliance with current CDC recommendations, for the entirety of the appointment.
