Office policies for visits during this season:
- Please call before coming if you, or anyone attending the appointment, has any of the following:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Chills or shaking
- Fatigue
- Muscle aches and pains
- Headaches
- Loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Has had close contact in the past two weeks with someone who has COVID-19.
- We kindly ask that caregivers and all patients over 2 years of age wear masks covering both the mouth and nose, in compliance with current CDC recommendations, for the entirety of the appointment.
Following current CDC guidelines, masks are now optional within our waiting rooms, exam rooms, and other patient areas.
In order to continue to provide a safe environment for our staff and our patients we ask that you continue to wear a mask throughout your visit if you:
• Are currently experiencing any FEVER or RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS (ie: COUGH and CONGESTION)
• Are within 10 days of exposure to COVID-19 (regardless of immunization status)
