Laritssa P. Cobian, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Cobian is a board-certified pediatrician who earned her medical degree from UNPHU School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic. She completed her pediatric residency at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York, and is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
With years of experience in pediatric care, Dr. Cobian is deeply committed to supporting children and their families through every stage of growth and development. Her approach is rooted in compassion, attentive listening, and a genuine understanding of the concerns parents face.
Now a proud grandmother, Dr. Cobian brings an even deeper perspective to her care. She treasures spending time with her family and enjoys traveling with her children and grandchildren, creating meaningful memories together.

Marcela Jativa, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Marcela Jativa was born in Colombia, where she earned her medical degree with honors from Universidad Libre de Cali. She later moved to the United States to complete her pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
She is passionate about caring for children and supporting families through every stage of growth and development. Dr. Jativa has a special interest in pediatric mental health, with a focus on helping patients with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). She is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to both her patients and their families.
In addition to her work in pediatrics, Dr. Jativa has expanded her expertise into cosmetic treatments and offers Botox services for parents seeking aesthetic care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jativa enjoys horseback riding and shares this passion with her daughter.

Andrea VanDam P.A.-C.

Andrea completed her Master’s degree in Medical Sciences at Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant program in Davie, Florida, in 2011. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Florida Department of Health.
Andrea has been dedicated to pediatric care since completing her training and joined the team at RDV Sportsplex Pediatrics in 2016. She is committed to caring for children and supporting families with compassion, attentiveness, and a personal touch. She also serves as a preceptor for physician assistant students, mentoring and guiding them throughout their clinical training.
Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends. She especially cherishes time with her two nieces and nephews and loves experiencing the magic of Disney through their eyes.
