Meet Our Staff

Pat

Pat works at the front desk, heading check-in. She can help answer any of your questions about insurance, visit copays, necessary patient forms, and so much more. She has been with our office since it opened in 1999 and is always a warm, welcoming face to our patients. 

Maria
Maria has been with our practice since 2015 and currently works at the front desk. She is in charge of patient check-out and medical records requests. If you are transferring to our practice or need us to send medical records to another physician's office.
Magalis “Maggie”
Maggie has been a valued member of our team since November 2022. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about helping families feel comfortable, understood, and well cared for during every visit.
Originally from Cuba, Maggie brings a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community and connection. She enjoys reading and is always eager to continue learning and growing both personally and professionally.
Maggie is currently pursuing her goal of becoming a nurse and is enrolled at South College, where she is working toward advancing her career in healthcare. Her dedication to patient care and her positive attitude make her an important part of our office and a trusted support for the families we serve.
Genesis 
Genesis is a Medical Assistant at our pediatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate care to children. With experience in the medical field since 2019, she supports providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and daily office operations. Genesis is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

Alberto

Alberto is our office manager with over 25 years of business experience. He is an active member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management and the founding President of the Clinical Alliance Network. Before becoming office manager at our practice, he worked at Disney for 10 years as a restaurant manager.
