Please Note: You must first verify that the specialist you wish to see is covered under your insurance. Then, once you make the appointment, call us with the name of the doctor, location, date, & time of the appointment. It is important to give us advance notice in order for us to send records and process any necessary authorizations through your insurance; without records and/or insurance authorizations, the specialist may cancel your appointment. Sometimes, specialist offices require us to send records and/or insurance authorizations before they will make you an appointment. If this is the case, please contact our office. If your insurance does not cover any of the doctors on our list, contact us so we may assist you in finding one.
